Sonja and her husband John have been visiting Mammoth since high school ski club – we won’t mention the year…let’s just say "a long time ago." They visited so often that Sonja and John eventually bought a second home in 2003. They started spending more and more time in Mammoth and eventually decided to try living in Mammoth full-time. Sonja and John started with a one year experiment and loved it so much they decided they are not leaving!
Sonja is known for her hard work and diligence while employing genuine caring as she creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. She is focused on on-going education to help her serve her clients. In fact, Sonja has earned her Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification along with the Resort and Second Home Certifications to better help her clients. She listens to the client’s needs and matches them to the right property with an honest and efficient transaction. What Sonja likes most is helping people realize they can make their dreams a reality! Starting out as a second homeowner in Mammoth helps Sonja fully understand buyers and sellers desires and concerns in purchasing and/or selling their vacation property.
When not in the office or showing property, Sonja is an active volunteer for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Guide Dogs for the Blind, Donate Life, and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. In her free time, she can be found hiking, skiing, swimming, cycling, or out and about with her husband of 33 years, and their Guide Dog for the Blind "career change" dog Javier.
